Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post Website or app.Australia Post website
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather events, public holidays, high-volume periods). During peak periods such as Christmas, please allow additional delivery time.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Additional postage costs may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address.
